I first discovered Pilates through basic classes offered at a gym. I quickly recognized the benefits of the practice and fell in love with it. I noticed improvements in my posture and alignment, and I no longer experienced lower back pain, even though I was doing physically demanding work at the time.
My passion for Pilates led me to complete a Pilates Instructor Diploma in 2022.
Since then, I have focused on sharing Pilates principles by teaching others and helping them eliminate pain and improve their physical well-being. Pilates is a full connection between the mind, body and the present moment.
